PAYMENT & SHIPPING

You can pay the usage fee or the purchase price for the ryd box by direct debit from a German bank account or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

We ship free of charge with DHL and only within Germany. We deliver to the delivery address specified in the order. If the address should change before delivery of the goods, please inform us immediately. The ryd box will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment of the first user fee or the purchase price. Delivery will be made within one week after receipt of payment.
